Pagoda in North Pole

Good restaurant! There is a bar inside for alcohol. Lots of space inside. We have 5 people order 5 dishes and 1 soup, total is 126 follars. Cannot finish because it is a lot! Get 2 box to pack up rest food. Overall really a good option here!

Always a great meal here. The service is second to none. We were seated immediately, drinks came quickly and the food was served within 10 minutes. Portions are generous leaving enough for a second meal for each of us. By far the best choice in North Pole.

Honestly was not expecting this. We were in Fairbanks to see the northern lights. It was January. -50F. And our hotel recommends we drive 30 mins outside of town to eat Chinese. You can see why we might have been hesitant. What followed may have been the best Americanized Chinese food I have ever had. It was delicious. the quantities were massive and the flavors top notch. We went home stuffed and extremely happy. I can’t believe I’m writing this review but seriously go there. It was life changing.

Awesome service and taste. 4 because my Orange chicken was drowning in sauce... Cool atmosphere as well. Ease up on the sauce 😉

Hands down the best Chinese food in the Fairbanks area. I especially love the Mongolian beef, but people who come with me whenever I go here seem to enjoy what they have as well. Whenever I'm in Fairbanks, I sometimes come out to North Pole just to eat at Pagoda!

Stepping into Pagoda was like stepping into an authentic Chinese restaurant. They had beautiful chairs, tables, and decor. We were quickly seated and had some hot tea to start our meal off as we waited for our last friend to show up. I ordered their fried rice and was pleasantly surprised at how MASSIVE the portions were. We could have honestly split one dish between the three of us and still had leftovers. The prices were very good based on how much food you were getting and everything was hot and fresh. I really enjoyed my experience here and would absolutely go back for more!

This restaurant was a delightful experience- pre COVID-19. The experience now is horrible, they cram everyone into the bar area (even sitting different parties at the same table), rather than attempting to maintain social distancing in their very open dining area. The staff did not have masks, and were close and bumped into me multiple times, and one was coughing. Staff was also rude, I felt rushed while eating and they checked on us one time. They slammed the drinks down and didn't speak much. The food was amazing as always, but I expected better service. This place used to be a solid 5 star.

Ordered to go, lady who answered didn’t tell us the total or asked to make sure she got the order right. She didn’t get the order right which had us waiting longer. Acting passive aggressive while waiting for the rest of the order.Food was good though

Food here is awsome! Good price and super good food. I don't have words for the good taste. You won't regret. The combos are excellent. Quick service and good atmosphere.

For a chinese restaurant, there is some weird items on the menu. Like steak. Getting steak in a chinese restaurant is like ordering lasagna at McDonalds. I've never seen that in a chinese restaurant anywhere else in the country. There were two caucasians working here as well, which was also a bit weird to see. I ordered the spicy dragon seafood combo, and I was thoroughly disappointed. The sauce was like soup, and everything was drowning in it. The seafood was overcooked; so much so the squid was like rubber and the veggies were mushy. Probably frozen. And the prices here are a bit steep. I can say I came and tried it, but it just wasn't good (in my opinion).
